Mother board Unknown Apple II style

This motherboard is very clean and looks like new. It might be used to make some tests. No Apple name mentioned . Complementary information welcome.The card was fitted with additional extension language card with 16 Ko Ram. It is the reason why the upper left ram socket is empty.
